Well things are starting to open up for live music fans around the country as the weather warms up. While it is likely going to be awhile before venues can pack in a room full of rabid live music fans, it won’t stop performers like Minneapolis’ Mae Simpson and her band from putting on a show for all to tune in.
Thankfully, she’s got a livestream coming up this Saturday night at the Dakota.
Simpson, a singer/songwriter who performs with raw passion and true grit came to the Twin Cities by way of Beaufort, South Carolina and has had a full on band up and chugging with a ton of momentum. Like so many other performer’s performing came to a screeching halt with COVID-19. A major harsh toke no doubt!
Info on the Dakota website on how to tune in Saturday night to support Mae Simpson’s rise and live music’s comeback at the Dakota this Summer.
